Project management
Eagle’s project managers have a wealth of experience in multidisciplinary projects. Many of them are registered as Project Management Professionals at the Project Management Institute. They are well versed in the 10 knowledge areas of PMBOK and implement and sustain them daily on any project.
Contract Management
Eagle is well versed in the NEC, FIDIC, JBCC and GCC contract formats but can also manage any other contract format used. We are conversant in setting up project strategies, contracting strategies, contract compilation, formal commercial tendering processes, and contract management.
Project Controls
Eagle puts a large emphasis on delivering quality projects within budget and on time and has the ability and tools to manage the cost and schedule for any project. Our scheduling and quantity surveying/cost control resources are of the highest quality and many of them hold professional registrations in their field of expertise.

In the unfortunate event of a claim being referred for Adjudication or Arbitration Eagle is well equipped to perform forensic investigations for claims and to assist the client and its personnel through the Adjudication/Arbitration process.
